Gratitude is a very powerful tool that will make you feel abundant and you will start to attract more good things. Showing gratitude will attract more positivity into your life, while simultaneously closing out negative events or occurrences.

Now what I’m about to say might be contradicting to what you’ve previously learned about the law of attraction. You can’t simply visualize something and tell yourself that it will happen, and it’s going to show up. Visualization is a key part in the law of attraction, but you will fall short and feel discouraged if that’s all you do.

One of the best selling books that cover the subject on the law of attraction is The Secret from Rhonda Byrne. She tells the story of how her daughter gave her a 100 year old book that changed her life forever.

That 100 year old was the science of getting rich, written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910. The core concepts and main ideas are very similar and it’s clear that the secret was derived from the science of getting rich, with a modern twist, along with excluding one of the most important concepts of all. To take action.

The secret implies that you can simply open your mind to the world and wish for things to happen, and the universe will obey and you begin to attract those wishes with little effort on your part.

However Wallace D. Wattles writes in the science of getting rich: “your neglect or failure to do some small thing may cause a long delay in getting what you want. Do, every day, ALL that can be done that day.”

You need to put the f*cking work in. But this where the magic happens. You will not have to push yourself to do the work, you will get pulled to do it. The visualization will make the work feel almost effortless. It becomes natural. You are going to want to sacrifice destructive habits and change your priorities in order to stay on that path.

Now it’s up to you if you want to take inspiration from this and really believe in the law of attraction and start attracting your dream life.
